"The hotel was pretty bare bones when it came to room amenities. My room didn't have a refrigerator or microwave, which meant I wasted a lot of food. Room service wasn't automatic, and you had to call and request it. While I loved having refillable water bottles, there was no ice machine and bucket. The coffee situation in the room was a pain.
