"The hotel and amenities are amazing. You are really wowed by the property! We did have a hang up with the staff, and my wife had an odd interaction with the check in staff. I just assume she was new and didn’t understand the process. But, then the next day a different lady who worked there also made a snide comment about conversation and interaction earlier, when it was the hotel staff who were confused and in the wrong. But, other than the 5 min interaction, everything else was very wonderful!...
