"The friendliest staff of any resort we've stayed at. Everything was very clean and easy to access. Point in thyme restaurant was very good with exceptional staff. Front counter was more than helpful with answering questions and even allowed early check in since our room was ready. Spa service was nice one day. We enjoyed the pools with falls and water slide until they got busy in the afternoon and then moved to the adult pool for peace and quiet. Excellent experience all around and having a Starbucks onsite is always a win. "

"We really enjoyed our stay, staff were very helpful, and the grounds were beautiful. We enjoyed the 2 pools, gym & proximity to the canal. We appreciated the shuttle since we were traveling without a car. The property could use some minor upgrades & we had a few minor issues with our room but we had exceptional follow-up to resolve it. "

"Had a fantastic stay! Lazy river was great. Staff were really nice. There’s a sports bar across the street with good food and karaoke on Thursday nights. Less than 10 minute walk is a little bistro that serves amazing coffee and breakfast/lunch options. The resort also offers dining options they will shuttle you to. We did not have a car and it was easy to navigate where we wanted to go by uber or Lyft. "
