"The room was big and comfortable, but the heater was making noise during the night, which was sometimes annoying. In the hallway, there is no light and it’s too dark which made us uncomfortable and depressed. The distance to the city is about 20 to 30 minutes, but the walking path was not interesting as we passing warehouses and garages. "We had a lovely stay and would certainly recommend these hotels. A few thoughts from our stay. The location is excellent and we received a good welcome on arrival. Our room was a very good size. It could have been cleaner, we moved the beds to meet our needs and the floor had lots of stuff on it. All staff were very friendly. We cud have done with more towels (we did ask) and the beds weren’t made brilliantly each day. "

"A spectacular looking hotel in an historic building. You can normally judge why your stay will be like based on the welcome you receive at check in and Darren who checked us in couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful. Nice bar area, albeit small, and whilst the rooms are not massive they are comfortable and well furnished. The location next to Lime Street Station and St John Centre where parking is just £6 for 24 hours is another major draw. "

"We stayed at the Pullman for the Comicon and the location couldn’t have been better ( literally next to it ! The hotel is very modern and there’s a lovely bar and restaurant in the lobby . We have stayed there twice now and will be back again in May . It’s also very close to the dock ( 5 minute walk ) ."

"Firstly, we stay here because of the parking. It’s not multi storey, maybe a tad cramped, but because it’s on-site, easily accessible. The staff are great, polite and professional. The hotel is about a 10 minute walk to Liverpool One which again is a huge plus, but I suppose my main issue is that unlike other similar chains, basics like a fridge in the room are not provided, I would also suggest the bathrooms are very tight with slightly fatigued fittings! .
