"We loved the lake view from our Superior Lakeview Queen Room. We were also surprised to find a kitchenette in our room which was un-expected but useful. The bus stop is right outside the hotel which is very convenient and a great way to get around Queenstown. It as a easy walk to and from to the shops / cafes and attractions. The hotel needs some refurbishing but in saying that it is clean and tidy. We would stay at this hotel again. "

"An unique spot with a lovely rooftop for bringing your drinks and snacks in the evening and breakfast in the morning. The free hot drinks machine was really a lovely touch. The room was comfortable and quite modern. Through no fault of their own, MiPad is hard to access from the street. They are doing road construction all around the hotel! Once you find the entrance through the parking lot and walk up the covered dirt incline once, you know where it is. I did suggest a lit sign on the building...
