"Was unsure about booking as it had a low customer rating, however in the whole we were pleasantly surprised. The location is excellent just off the high street and overlooking the cathedral at the back. Parking was fine and there were always spaces during our stay. Our bedroom was a good size and the bed very comfortable. No problem with the bathroom. If we were being picky I’d say the bedroom/ bathroom was a little dated but for what we paid was fine. "Need new beds , terrible nights sleep very hard, pillow hard. Restraint freezing staff said she didn’t feel cold as busy. Sausage and mash tasteless. Fish and chips not cooked ,very upsetting as stayed in quite a few holiday inns and alway had a great experience,"

The parking situation is awful, we stayed 6 nights, and were in and out whilst staying and spent what seemed like ages driving around the one way system going from one car park to another trying to find space (each time you tried either the top or bottom car park it was another loop around the whole of the city centre!)
