" I like this hotel very much. The location is great, and the rooms have balconies with great views. However, they may not service your room everyday so you must check that. Also, my bathroom had an issue with very tiny insects crawling around on the countertop. Also, the beach is nice, you get 2 beach chairs which are not very comfortable, there is no table to place your items so things must sit in the sand or ask for an extra towel. An umbrella is $30 extra which is ridiculous."

I had a package delivered, only to find out it was mysteriously returned. I never received it, so who authorized the return? Even more frustrating, after speaking with the front desk, I made it clear that I would be returning on a specific date and expected deliveries. I even noted my check-in date on my order to avoid any issues. Yet...
