I ate in the bar one night and room service the second. Enjoyed both. Great location for working around South West London and getting back on the M25. "I was greeted by Anna on Reception who noticed I had parked using my disabled badge and was trying to pay for car parking in reception (as the signage outside said I must do)/ She told me to stop downloading the app and paying online as the price of parking was included with my overnight stay. She helped me with my luggage and stored it for me. The hotel had upgraded me to a room but it was furhter away from the lift and she could see that I would be checking out at 3:30am and needed to walk...

"We have stayed at this hotel several times. The rooms are clean and spacious and the beds are comfortable. Good power shower. The staff have always been very friendly and helpful. The negatives are we generally stay in January and the central heating in our room has never worked. The hotel provides an electric heater for the room but it would be better if they could sort out the heating. Also for this standard hotel, the towels are very poor quality - old, thin and very rough."
