"Christmas at the Gaylord is the best! I also appreciater the guest only additions this year. The bed in 1189 was TERRIBLE. I felt like I was sleeping on a wooden box. I have stayed at this hotel multiple times and ejoyed our experience but after sleeping in this bed I woke up in so much pain. Especially for the price I expect more. "

"This hotel is a landmark hotel that has been there for years. It's in great condition, large rooms, comfy beds, nice pillows, very clean and super helpful staff. The only downside it is that it's extremely noisy with thin glass windows. It is located on 2 very busy streets with a main light intersection. The fire hall is on one of the streets and it's also on the flight path so planes are going all day & night. Bring earplugs "
