"Just amazing as always. Check in was so simple. The receptionist who checked me in was lovely and even when I requested a few things she done it no bother. Nothing was too much hassle for her. Used the spa the following day and the girls on the desk there were great as well. This is the 3rd time staying here and it has never let us down. We are already looking forward to our 4th stay. "

"Excellent hotel, my family and I really enjoyed using the pool and the rooms were lovely and spacious. The only issue was the check in - the hotel told us to go back at 3pm and our room wasn’t ready until after 4pm. "

"Decor dated but i didnt mind, the toilet didnt flush properly. Need an updated t.v no radio or music channels on and couldnt get our phone to connect to the telly. Was trying to connect with another one. I think the charge for robes should be lowered. Food was amazing soa facilities were great and staff were also helpful and great to. Will definitely be coming back. "

"An ideal place for an overnight, just a 10 minute walk from central station. Staff were amazing, very welcoming and chatty. Room was comfortable, with a great bed."

"Shame to pay for fitness suite, also, not advised free weights in different location to machines and cv machines. Sauna was good, pool a little cool"

"Hotel was fine. My only gripe was that I couldn’t get WI-FI to work and as I was staying there for work, this did inconvenience me as I couldn’t get on line to access email etc on my laptop"
