"Staff were lovely at reception despite having an overwhelming number of people checking in at the same time. The hotel was comfortable and we had a great night sleep. The hotel is a little tired and does need a little attention. We had a superior room which had an amazing view of the beach. Spa facilities were lovely, highly recommend using this. "Have stayed at larger Harbours Hotels in the past. This appears to be a grade listed building. Staff were amazing no issues. The hotel has some logistical issues. Room booked was smaller than expected but had need for a second room during our stay which was much bitter. As a whole, very enjoyable stay will stay again. Now the issues. There light bulbs at the side tables had never been cleaned. It's not a pretty sight when you book in and put your night water under it. Some signage like gents on...

The hotel was pretty quiet, as it was Christmas Eve, though the walls are thin, and we could hear other guests throughout the stay. We had a drink at the bar and had dinner in the restaurant - the service was good at both, and the food was a bit above average. "Ideal night stay prior to our flight "

"Short break for New Year celebrations. Hotel is lovely and modern. The breakfast in the morning was decent enough, although some of the hot items were slightly cold. One slightly confusing thing was the parking. We parked at the train station. Paid via the online app but that expired at 04.00 in the morning, leaving us in a bit of a panic in the morning trying to work out how to extend parking! Overall, would stay here again."
