"I have been coming here for a few years and was saddened to see how it has gone downhill. Probably due to staffing constraints and budgets. All the staff were marvellous and friendly. My room which was a double, looked very tired and just needed a bit of maintenance to ensure that heater worked and that the lock on the door to the balcony was half hanging off. To be fair, I enjoyed the peace and calm of this hotel and the golf course views from my room. I hope that I have given a constructive...

"I book hotels that have a gym or use of a gym. This helps me after working all day and being away from home. This hotel said it has use of a gym so on that I booked it. On arrival I was told the gym has been closed for refurbishment, at no point before booking was I told this as I wouldn’t have booked it if I knew"
