"When we checked into the hotel, we were given room number 830. However, when we entered the room, we noticed that water was overflowing from the toilet. We then asked to change our room, and they gave us room number 814. But that room was very small and not very clean either. After a four-hour drive, this unexpected situation left us quite tired and caused a delay in our plans, including making us late for dinner."

"This was a mother and son birthday trip. We were going to the cherry Blossom festival, if the weather permitted. Our stay was great, the view was nice from the 7th floor and there were nearby eating and shopping places. The drive to DC was like 5-10 minutes. This hotel was clean and quiet to a certain extent. There were some loud people in the hallway late one night. Only discrepancy was had to pay for parking per night in the underground garage of hotel or valet parking. "
