"Overall pretty good. Facility is a bit dated and showing its age but otherwise very nice. Staff was very helpful and nice. Parking was a rip off. Charged me $52.00 for secure valet parking and my truck was never moved from in front of the hotel on the street. The valet service hit me up for a tip after we cheked in, and i did so, not realizing that no valet did anything to warrant a tip. Also found out that there waa tons of garage parking off street for half or less what this was. "

"The staff at this hotel were so lovely and accomadating. The hotel itself is very beautiful and plently of great dining options available. Very nice hotel, however the mall attached is a ghost town."

"I stayed at the Westin Indianapolis this past weekend and had a great experience. There was a bit of construction going on in the lobby area, but nothing too distracting. The hotel was nice, quiet, clean and a reasonable Uber ride to just about everything I wanted to do in Indy. If the weather was not cold, overcast and rainy/snowy, there were a ton of walkable options around the hotel. I would definitely recommend staying there. "

"Our experience at Barsa At 9 on Canal was extremely disappointing. Upon our arrival, we couldn't access the unit we had rented. The lockbox that was supposed to contain our key and parking pass was empty. We waited for over an hour and made multiple calls to condo services, but they were unable to locate maintenance personnel or even the manager to provide us with keys to the unit. Unfortunately, there was no one available to help us. After waiting endlessly, we had no choice but to search for...

"My stays (2 and counting) are nothing less than exceptional. I have stayed in two different 1 bedroom apartments and they are absolutely amazing. I travel a lot and when in Indy I will check here first. These are actual 1 bedroom apartments with full amenities including granite countertops, stainless appliances and full washer and dryers. All of the rooms are immaculate, the staff is super attentive, the location couldn't be any better, it's perfect!!"
