"Loved it the only things were staff did not explain skywalk only that is was on 2 floor and there was not any signs as to directions to for skywalk. Also the floor as u stepped in to jacuzzi was extremely slick i almost fell. A sign might be helpful addressing issue or preferably adding traction to internal steps. The shower floors were also a issue. Very little traction we had problems checking in I had booked a handicape accessible room and our room was given to someone else. Lots of dust by...

"Our room was spotless!!! Crisp and clean,with comfortable pillows. The elevators were timely. Free breakfast was good. Very nice staff at front desk and in the restaurant area. Desk clerk sent us to the wrong room and floor with incorrect keys, but was accountable and he fixed the issue quickly."

"Hard to get the heater to kick in. Phone wasnt working to call front desk. Called number on website and it went in circles ao had to walk down to desk. Bathroom sink didnt drain properly. Maintenance man was very nice but had him up 2 of the 3 nights to address issues. I understand they will be renovating which is needed."
