"Very friendly staff and a great location for what we needed! I was doing Brighton Marathon so was a good distance from the start and finish lines with loads of places to eat leading up to the event! The room were great and had all I needed for the weekend! I will be staying again! :-)"

"We have stayed here many times. The hotel is clean and pleasant, and we recommend it wholeheartedly. It is in the centre of town, and has an underground car park, which is very useful as parking is do difficult in Brighton. "

"Overall experience was good. Only let down was having one lift available, as the other was having maintenance done. Room was a little tired. Balcony was a bonus, although a massive crack in the floor could do with filling to smooth over. A walk in shower instead of a bath may have enhanced the overall experience. Big cues at reception on check out day and fairly slow staff stopped this being rated as excellent unfortunately "

"Great location in a beautiful character hotel. Amazing breakfast served in beautiful room overlooking the gardens. Would be lovely to return on a warm day to sit and enjoy the outside spaces. Rooms are very comfortable, clean and provide everything you need for an enjoyable stay. Friendly staff too!"
