"Hotel was fine. The rooms were clean and nice. There was unpleasant smell in the lobby (cleaner?). The hotel is located in a busy area and requires a bit of walking or local transit to get to the more interesting areas of Lisbon. They claim to offer a shuttle to the airport, but actually charge 5x more for the service than the cost of using a ride-share app. The terrace is only open at certain hours, and they don't serve hot drinks - you can't enjoy it in the morning with a coffee, for example."

The hotel was extremely well located for my needs (sightseeing) with a never ending supply of wonderful restaurants a short walk away. The room was spotless, comfy & quiet. The property is designed and enjoyable to be in. "

"Great staff made this an enjoyable stay. The hotel is a little out of the main centre but is extremely clean and has everything most people want. The only observation I have is the charge for using the indoor pool - seems a little out of kilter where other places I’ve been."
