"All the staff from valet, to check in to housekeeping were friendly. Every front desk member I met or spoke to were extremely helpful. and warm in their responses, Nicole, Angel, Joseph and anyone else that worked during our stay. Location is perfect, right next to a great breakfast place Grene Sage (also great staff and food). Valet staff work hard..only downfall was no pool but other than that room was perfect! "

"Lovely hotel, great atmosphere. The rooms were well stocked, spacious, and the beds were very comfortable. A charming breakfast basket at the door in the morning was a nice touch. Overall a great stay!! "

"We were in town for Maggie Valleys big truck show, for our 12th year in a row & we had an issue with another cabin company double booking our stay & it getting canceled last minute. So we had to end up getting a place to stay further away as everything was booked up. We were a little nervous as we're not the golfing type and look a little rough to people because of our tattoos. But everyone was so pleasantly nice and welcoming here. We ended up staying at the Robin & wow, what a beautiful property! It had plenty of room for our family of 7! The property all together is beautiful and the views from the big beautiful porch are breathtaking! We had everything we needed inside the house, and the lady we spoke with up front was extremely nice and welcoming. We will definitely stay here again & tell otheres about the location too! "
