"The master bedroom tube know was broke so we could not turn the water on. Roaches was on the dishes in the cabinets. No broom was there to sweep the floor. The sliding doors looked like they have not been cleaned out for months. I will not pick this unit again."

"Great beach location and lots of security on premises. Common areas well maintained. Unit was tired and worn out though. Furniture felt unstable and swivel chair leaning to one side. The ottoman was unsafe to sit on without falling through. One kitchen cabinet about to fall off hinges which I discovered when I opened the door. Beach chairs had torn canvas seats so unsafe to use. Bedroom carpets were very dirty (based on evidence from being barefoot in the unit). Television didn’t function until...

"The view was great. It was nice to have a designated parking spot and kids liked the bunk beds. BUT hated that there was no broom or vacuum to clean up and rug in living room looked like it was never vacuumed. There was mold in the bathrooms. All the drains were slow. There was no way to make coffee and the refrigerator blocked the cabinet where the glasses were located. There was no ice machine in the condo and had to purchase ice for our cooler. The elevators were always busy and had to...
