We had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. The property was well-maintained, customer service was great, and the beach was beautiful. However, dining and activity options in the area were somewhat limited, with an abandoned family activity park across the street. Fortunately, Pier Park was just a five-minute drive away. The only real downside was the high cost of dining at the hotel—I spent $75 for two drinks for my husband and me, plus one dessert each.

Loved this hotel for my family! Right on the beach! The room had ample space. Very clean. Checkin and checkout went quickly and staff were friendly both times! We got Starbucks coffee from the Jelly Cafe and it was great! The drinks from the bar were made well! The pool was heated and my kids loved that since we were visiting during December. Would definitely stay here again.

The check in part was not great. I got there a little early. And the wanted to charge me $100 extra. I came back at 4. To find a long line to check in. And it took 30 mins. To check in. I will say everything else was great including Casey at the front desk. He was working his but off. To help get people takin care of.

Unfortunately they aren't flexible with the early check in even 10 minutes early and I understand that the check in it's at 4:00 pm but 10 minutes early hasn't never been an issue in many other places we had been staying I will think 10 minutes early can be considered as a courtesy detail.
