They were very quick to respond but it was quite an inconvenience. Staff was very helpful except one member who indicated I was “doing something wrong” when I went down to report no hot water. "It was a very cozy and clean hotel. Had all the pans and plates and utensils. The ladies in the front were very friendly and helpful. Love that it was so close to the beach. My kids loved the pools.
