"Comfort room was comfortable although not really warm enough when we arrived - we turned the radiator up and eventually it did warm the room reasonably well. To be fair it was a very cold day with snow on the ground. "

"Lovely staff and great buffet breakfast. We were there for this Christmas Eve and checked out on Christmas Day. They still served hot food for full English breakfast and had continental breakfast on the counter. The spa was great and my kid thoroughly enjoyed all 3 days and staff were really great with their response. Would surely come back anytime we visit Birmingham."

"We loved our large bedroom and the bar area, full of character, wood panelling etc. Bathrooms were Ok. Our son’s room was more modern but spacious. We were meeting family so didn’t dine in the evening but the breakfast was the usual fare, a bit dry but what what do you expect when you turn up at 9:45, not many booked in for breakfast apparently. Staff pleasant and helpful. Will stay again. "
