"We stayed 3 nights. Area was easy to walk to local dining or downtown. Tram to downtown was right in front of the hotel and only 12-15 minute tram ride to downtown area. Room was exactly what I expected. Only negative were the pillows which were very flimsy. A quick call to staff and we had more pillows which did the trick. "

"I read both the good and bad reviews before reserving to be honest I had my doubts before the actual arrival. For context, I’ve travelled quite a bit, stayed in some of the best hotels and generally I’m a picky person. Let me tell you that this is one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. What a cute soulful place!! Check in was a breeze, they let me do so early even. The room was spacious, neat, the bathroom was impeccably clean (and white so u can actually see how clean it is). no...
