"Overall room and facility were great, view fantastic; also hotel staff was very professional - of course at this level and price point you expect perfection. Unfortunately the breakfast restaurant had a long line, had to wait at least 10 min to get in, staff seemed stressed. Floor of the hotel room needed some maintenance, sanding and staining would help. "

For your convenience there is a grocery store and pharmacy less than a 5 minute walk from the hotel. The tram is also about a 2 minute walk from the hotel. My room had a sink with a slow drain. "My go to hotel in Lucerne. It's extremely close to the train station, the Chapel Bridge, and old town. The staff is friendly and the hotel is always well maintained. I wish breakfast was included or a more affordable price point if it's not, but otherwise it's a great spot."
