"inside the room there is no kettle supply and we need to get hot water from the hallway to get it from coffee machine. Also, I can't find the refrigerator. The hotel is very close railway station is more convenient for us to carry big luggage, and inside the station there is a lot of shops such as supermarket, bakery and coffee shop. So far the hotel is good to live."

"This hotel was definetely economical bit it offered small items that makes you feel they care, offered free water, drinks, fruit, coffee, latais, cookies, icecream. Small things that makes you feel good."

"The property itself was very clean and the service was great. Anytime we needed something, the staff would always be very responsive. The only issue I would say we faced was that there was no air conditioning in the facility. We were there at an interesting time in the fall, so some days were hot, some days were colder. However, the staff provided us with multiple fans and we made it work! The breakfast was GREAT! Definitely worth to stay again!"

"Hotel was within 10 minutes distance from train station and we could walk to all the attractions in Lucerne by foot although you can board buses in zone 10 for free when the hotel registers you. Excellent breakfast. My only complaint is the TV was mounted high up touching ceiling so you could only watch it lying down unless you want a sore neck. "
