"This is just another business-traveler-like Marriott. It's real claim is it's location to a very large indoor shopping mall. We stayed there because it was next door to the bus station that we needed to get across to Colon. Breakfast was kinda sorta typical."

"As other reviewers have stated the hotel could use some renovations. There were cracks in the bathroom ceiling, walls showed wear and could use painting; the corridor carpets could be cleaned. Despite these things my room was nice. It was clean and spacious, the bed was comfy, the shower water pressure was very good, and the water was hot! I liked the fridge which kept things cold; however, it would been nice to have a coffee maker and microwave in the room. Considering there is space to...

"Specifically the young lady at casino cage cashier was awful. Never in my life have I experienced such an attitude and disrespect. Very disappointed to have one ruin the overall experience and we started for a week. Everyone else was very pleasant and accommodating. "

"This was my first time trying out Grand Evenia, and let me just say—I had such a great experience! The staff is top-tier and incredibly pleasant. Their breakfast bar is the perfect blend of European and Spanish flavors. Housekeeping always kept things fresh (if that’s what you prefer), and OMG—the rooftop bar is such a vibe! My only hiccup was not having a microwave in our room, so we couldn’t heat up leftovers. Outside of that, I’ll definitely be back!"
