Every January I stay at the hotel. This year had a hot water problem. I was moved to a better room and the water issue was resolved. Carlos is most helpful and has always met all my requests.

Honestly, the only things I liked about the property is free parking and the rooms are spacious and well equiped. However, the hotels infrastructure is quickly deteriorating and there are no signs management is doing anything to address the issues.

The neighborhood was great- you can walk to so many dining options and also to car rentals if you're going out of the city. I reserved two rooms months ago and when we arrived the two rooms were in two different towers. They both looked exactly the same, they were fine but not impressive. difficult to have to come down crossover and go back up and not be near the rest of our family. Air conditioner worked great though!

Floor in the room was moldy. Basically the room was unkept and not clean. I was told this is an " expedia" room. Reserve directly with the hotel to get a better room? Breakfast was poor except the omlets were good.
