"We were in an executive room which comes with complimentary drinks, snacks and we were treated to a free drink voucher each as a welcome. Lewis, who checked us in was fabulous. The room was comfortable and the beds are huge. Breakfast was OK, although we miss the hash brown tots from the buffet - roasted new potatoes is an odd choice for breakfast!"

"A bit disappointing. Room was too hot - someone had set the aircon to 28°! Also, I had checked online and it said that they had Sky Sports in the rooms. They don't. They wouldn't even put it on in the bar for me to watch the football 😭 Also, one usually gets tea, coffee and some biscuits in a hotel room. There was tea and coffee, but it was hidden away in the cupboard, so presumably was free. The only refreshments out in the open were the £1.50 bottles of water. I expect better for £120ish per...
