Apparently a disconnect between the individual apt owner, hotels.com, and the front desk. Also pool was never open yet—one of the main reasons we selected it. Also property is not a hotel. Reviews of 10 score were misleading. "

"Foi ótima, flat é bom, mas precisa equipar melhor, falta pano de piso da cozinha, detergente prato (eles deixam dois dedos exatamente, tive que fazer check out deixando louças p/eles lavarem), pano prato, sanduicheira, cadeira danificada (pés moles), o fogão estava com fuligem de poeira. Mas em geral, foi ótimo. Excelente localização, centro p/qualquer das praias. Não é perto da praia! Passam uns 4/5 quarteirões. A dormida é tranquila sem barulhos externos. Estacionamento tranquilo espaçoso....

"The hotel wouldn’t give me a 2nd dry towel in a 2 day stay. The WiFi didn’t work, TV didn’t work, and was double charged for cleaning. I was forced to pay 2 cleaning fees before sending the WiFi password and WiFi never worked. The bathroom was not cleaned prior to arrival. They wouldn’t refund the 2nd cleaning fee."
