Decepçao na estadia!!!
Tivemos problemas com as toalhas pois estavam bastante usadas e poidas necessitando troca IMEDIATA. O lençol do quarto rasgado demonstrando falta de zelo com os hospedes. Tenho me hospedado no Village ha bastante tempo mas o declinio fica evidente merecendo um trabalho efetivo da administracao. O pessoal se esforça mas as condiçoes estao se deteriorando!!!

Sempre nos hospedamos nesse hotel, pois sabemos do altíssimo padrão de qualidade. O café da manhã é excepcional, além de tudo estar sempre muito organizado e limpo. Nessa última vez que fomos, tivemos a belíssima surpresa de conhecermos o garçom robô, no qual deixou nosso filho extremamente encantado. Parabéns pelo excelente trabalho e serviço prestado.

O hotel é bom, mas me colocaram em um quarto que tinha uma cortina de plástico suja no lugar do box de vidro, nunca imaginei que um hotel desse nível faria isso, mas no demais o quarto é bom, limpo o café da manhã com bastante opção.
