Deixou muito a desejar. Fiquei insatisfeita.
Deixou muito a desejar. Serviço de camareira só passava no fim do dia, a limpeza era superficial, banheiros com limo no piso, rejunte e paredes do box. Pedimos para trocar de quarto por causa do ruído das condensadoras dos ares condicionados e os mesmos problemas se repetiram. Entretanto, o café Vizu, localizado no hall de entrada do hotel é excelente.

Quarto com ArCondicionado quebrado
Cheguei ao hotel próximo as 2 da manhã, cansado de uma viagem longa, e fui colocado em um quarto com ar quebrado. Inicialmente, como não havia visto a mensagem de erro, pensei que o ar estava funcionando. Dormi rapidamente e acordei por volta das 03 da manhã com um calor absurdo. Tive que abrir as janelas. Sugestão: Checar os quartos antes de alugar.
