O atendimento do hotel é impecável. Funcionários solícitos e gentis. Destaque especial para os atendentes da recepção que não mediram esforços para atender solicitações, como mudança de quarto por outro mais confortável. Também merecem elogios as camareiras e as meninas do restaurante. Com relação às instalações, sugiro que coloquem na área de banho do banheiro suportes para que os hóspedes coloquem os seus itens pessoais de higiene.

Quarto limpo, equipe nota 10. Quarto amplo mas com banheiro minúsculo sem onde ter pendurar toalhas. Sem mesa de cabeceira no quarto tb. O que faz muita falta. A piscina estava perigosa, com lodo e imunda no fundo. Tb com obra mo horário de uso dos hóspedes. A grama sintética soltando. Ou seja a área de lazer em péssimas condições. A localização é ótima, mas não escolheria de novo. Longe de ser considerado um 4 estrelas….

Hotel regular para estadia com a família
Algumas observações com relação a nossa estadia: demora no checkin (foram mais de 20 minutos, apenas com a minha família), no quarto não tem armários para colocar as roupas, o banheiro é bem pequeno, as camas são de casal, porém bem pequenas, então meus filhos tiveram dificuldade de compartilhar a mesma cama, já que o hotel não disponibiliza 2 camas de solteiro, as toalhas vem constantemente sujas, o lavatório do banheiro está sempre entupido, não tem luz no espelho do lavatório, o hotel tem 2 elevadores bem pequenos e que não são suficientes para atender a demanda, então se prepare para subir e descer de escadas, a academia não fica no hotel, pois trata-se de uma parceira com uma academia na mesma rua e a piscina não é climatizada.

Umas das piores noites que minha filha dormiu.
Tivemos uma péssima experiência em todos os sentidos. A começar pela nossa reserva que esra para dois adultos e duas crianças, esolhemos o quarts pela foto do site Hotels.com, o qual mostravam 2 camas de Casal, e por isso escolhemos ficar lá devido a viagem ser com nossas duas crianças, uma de 9 anos e outra de 7 anos, e ao chegar só havia enxoval para 3 pessoas, 3 toalhas, 3 travesseiros e 3 cobertores, mas reclamos e colocaram mais 1 kit. Pois bem, saímos e quando chegamos a noite notamos que o Sofá cama, que não era a cama de casal conforme a imagem, só cabia uma criança praticamente. Como chegamos cansados, resolvemos encarar, mas minha filha de 7 anos não dormiu a noite toda inclusive caiu do Sofá cama, afinal e de fato, não cabem duas crianças nesta idade. No dia seguinte , ao reclamar na recepção, fomos surpreendidos que nossa reserva eram para 3 pessoas, e não 4. Prontamente mostramos a reserva e a foto do quart/camas escolhidos, e a resposta foi que a culpa era do Hoteis.com. e que "O sr. Resolva com eles" . Então assim eu fiz, mas a atendente do Hoteis.com respondeu que as pessoas que tentou falar com o hotel, sem sucesso, e que o setor e pessoas poderiam resolver só trabalham de segunda a quinta. Em resumo, dormimos umas das piores noites. Quanto a Limpeza, o hotel é sujo no geral. O Elevador estava imundo no carpete, adesivo rasgado, etc.O Café da manhã é outro detalhe a parte. TEM FILA. todos os dias, enfrentamos uma fila que já é avisado no elavador. Péssimo.

Muito bom
Hotel muito bem localizado, quarto grande e confortável, banheiro e box também bem espaçosos. Café da manhã com muitas opções, internet de boa qualidade. A única coisa que faltou foi ter um espaço próprio para trabalhar (uma escrivaninha/bancada ou algo parecido). Espeço para isto tem de sobre e no meu caso tiver que usara mesinha de refeições para tal fim.
