"Overall this hotel was brilliant, in terms of feeling classy and making you feel like it's money well spent. You can tell this is a class above any premier inn or holiday inn by a mile. Our room was good, however they forgot a second towel as we was a couple and I found the bed and pillows to be quite uncomfortable, but I suppose that's my opinion and not a fact.
