"Stayed here on business. Amazing hotel (particularly liked the spa and pool area) food was also excellent. Only slight criticism was the mattress wasn’t very comfortable and the blankets weren’t sufficient other than that was an amazing trip. Would defo revisit. Also the dressing gown supplied was far too small and had 2 both in same size. I am 6ft3 and 17 stone would be fine but the average male but I am a big guy. Other than that can’t fault it. "

"Simple check in though we had to wait until the room was ready. To be fair we were early so no issue. Room was huge and comfortable, if the bathroom was looking a little tired. The room was cold and we couldn’t get any heat at all so resorted to asking reception for a plug in heater which they provided. Breakfast was plentiful, though service was lacking somewhat. We waited almost 30 minutes for a latte coffee even with 2 reminders to the waiting staff. Normally they charge £4 extra for what they deem as ‘speciality’ coffees which seems a bit steep on top of the £24 charge for breakfast. However, we weren’t charged as we waited so long. "

"We did a couples trip for a few nights over bank holiday weekend. The hotel was beautiful, location was perfect, the staff were so helpful and overall we had a brilliant time. Would definitely recommend! "

"Frim the moment we arrived this hotel did not disappointed our expectations. The staff were professional, welcoming and extremely helpful - they could not do enough for us to help ensure our stay was relaxing and comfortable. We were a large family group, 3 rooms, travelling with a baby as well as an older grandparent. Staff went out of their way to help us even washing the babies clothes when she had been sick! They made us feel at home and very welcome which made us very relaxed throughout our stay. The hotel itself is freshly decorated, spotlessly clean and has many social areas around the bar area that we could sit and enjoy our time together. Bar staff were friendly and offered a good selection of drinks for the grown ups. Kids menu offers good value to feed lots of children! The pool was fab fluffy white towels provided and a hot jacuzzi and sauna to top it off. We enjoyed a relaxed breakfast with a wide choice and selection of hot/cold tasty food. The chef even came out and offered our little dog a treat for his breakfast (so kind and thoughtful.) I genuinely can not find any area for improvement for the hotel or that could have bern better with our stay. We will be using this hotel every year for our family catch up. Thank you for everything you did to help us....we had a fab stay ❤️ "
