"I read mixed reviews about this place, but it was great, especially after a long day of travel. The shuttle was right there and quick, the room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the walk to the bus station to get to the old town was short. I would totally stay here again!"

"Overall we did like. But one staff who works in travel guide information who did ignore me and took care behind me people & not responded my question.that very bad experience for me. One more one transaction they said hold until checked out. But I credit card showed in transaction.when I was in check out showed with that transaction. I questioned about that transaction but didn’t get satisfied answer. But did not charge double."

"The hotel breakfast was wonderful and asthetic was nice. The room was very clean, however the ceiling tiles made a very loud banging sound everytime we opened the door to the toilet, which was a little startling."

"We had a great stay! We got a family suite and had plenty of room. Very cool decor and kind staff. Breakfast was delicious and fresh! Would highly recommend and stay again. "

"Great property for a quick stay before an early flight. Room was comfortable, water in room was a nice touch. Staff was welcoming, friendly, and helpful. Room service was fast and high quality. Recommend they consider replacing the carpet in the hallways, but that’s the only thing that I can think of improving. Overall a great experience!"

"I had a lovely room with two French windows and a quirky fun Mona Lisa theme. The bed was so comfortable and the bathroom fancy. Couldn’t beat the location either. I would definitely stay here again! 👍💕🤗"

"My room 157 had a view of beautiful trees…and the landing for the employee rest area/smoking area was just outside my window. Needs fencing to block the view into the room. Otherwise, the room was very comfortable to regroup for the next flight out. The Shuttle driver (Jose) for NH HOTEL was extremely helpful at the airport as I am a handicapped senior. He was very patient and assisted me with my baggage at the airport. "

"The property is perfectly located and is situated on a comfortable open square that make you feel safe and gives an upscale appearance for the hotel. It is 1 block away from the Geneva lake bridge and in the middle of the high end shopping and dining district. The hotel definitely feels and looks like a 4 or 5 star accommodation. Breakfast and dinner were great and excellent food. Stayed in 2 rooms for 2 nights"
