"Séjour agréable. Résidence propre, équipement simple mais suffisant, sauna et piscine étaient fermés à cause du Covid lors de notre séjour. Résidence située en plein centre de ND de bellecombe. Boulangerie, alimentation générale, boucherie, traiteur et pistes accessibles à pieds. Parkings à proximité mais vite complets. Accueil sympathique du personnel. "

"Overall very good family break over Christmas and New Year, lovely location with amazing views over French Alps, our first time in Alps and not the last definitely. Our apartment was very small on the ground floor and very basic but for the price we did not expect much to be honest. We asked for different but they were fully booked. Not much space for cloths especially in the winter season but we are not that fussy and we organised ourselves for 7 days pretty quickly. We spend most time outside...

"Just returned from a family snowboarding half term holiday. The hotel is in a great location for both the shops and the ski lifts. The spa is very clean and has a great lay out. The rooms are spacious and well equipped. Reception is lovely with great staff who all speak fantastic English. Room had a large balcony too. Towels, soaps and bed linen is all supplied. (you do have to rent robes). Only changes I would have made are- Fold out sofa beds are not very comfy. I would have liked more /...

"We thoroughly enjoyed our second visit to Chalets de Joy this year. The property is new, immaculately clean and spacious apartments. We love that the residence has the facilities of a modern alpine hotel, with the space and convenience of your own apartment. For winter ski lift access however, it is a 5 minute walk down a relatively steep hill with your ski equipment. We decided to drive down to the gondola instead, which was a little disappointing as we were not expecting this. "

"We had a very good stay at the Front de Niege in January 2018. The apartments are well equipped and the beds comfortable. They had recently refurbished the bathroom on ours and it was excellent, with a very powerful shower. The location is great for skiing. You can ski directly onto the slopes through the trees, and it's a 100 meter walk back at the end of the day. It is a 20 minute walk to/from the village, with the return being up-hill. There is a free bus, although this doesn't run past...

"Staff were great. Room clean but basic. Close to slopes and town centre. Kitchen and living area small. Only 5 of us in apartment for 8( 8 would have been very cramped) but ok for us "

"The apartment and the service were great. We left after 3 days and returned for 3 more nights. The only concern we have is a security issue. The main door is accessed by a code that remains the same and there is no option to lock the door from the inside. We had an incident were 3 individuals have entered the apartment unauthorized. We have talked to the manager regarding this and he said that they will change the mechanism. If they will fix this security concern we will highly recommend this...
