"This property was in a pefect location to explore the old town area of Annecy with lots dining and shops to visit. The kitchen was well equipped. The loft bed was a unique feature but a bit of a challenge for my husband who is quite tall. The hot water breaker required constant resets during our stay and was off when we arrived so we had no hot water upon check-in. "

"Property is mainly clean. Has every thing you would ever need except WiFi. I thought we'd be able to use wifi at the restaurants but we never found any. Only other downside about the place was the brush cotton(?) PLASTIC sheet it was impossibly to sleep on as it incredibly hot. We had brought some bedding from home so we used that.we couldnt see how this sheet could be washed as it wouldnt have fitted in a standard washing machine. Unfortunately the hosts English was worse than our French...

"Excellent location in the old town area. Close to shops, restaurants, lake and Christmas Market. Loft was clean and had an equipped kitchen with everything we required. Having a washing machine was a great bonus, Outdoor terrace is very private and would have been great to use if the weather was a bit warmer. Check in was easy and host replied to messages quickly. Would stay again if back in Annecy. "

"The only thing I can say here, is that when we arrived the unit was extremely cold. The heat on a couple units wasn't working. However, they responded to our concern right away and did their best to mitigate the issue. The next day, they brought in someone to have a look at the heating system, and even brought extra heaters. " Very clean and nicely built modern property. We loved the design of the one bedroom apartment with dish washer, washer dryer, kitchenette, dining table, fridge and utensils. We stayed for two weeks and enjoyed. Train station is 5 min walk and hotel gives transport card. Only issue is there is no direct phone line to the front desk. But overall an excellent experience. "

"Good location near train station, easy walk to old town. Mini-kitchen very helpful (esp. microwave fridge). WiFi was very weak (~3.5mps) -- we ended up using tourist data SIM chip on cell instead. Room slightly warm (~24.5C)... not certain if the room has decent AC or not (might simply have been switched off for the season)...could easily open windows with slight but not terrible train noise. Friendly staff."
