"Externally getting a little dated but I can't fault the hotel inside, staff, facilities and restaurant. Such a lovely place to stay and easily walkable to the city and Sydney attractions."

"The hotel is clean, comfortable and modern. The rooms feel a bit snug, but they have everything you need. We got a room which overlooked the harbour. The beds were very comfortable and the complimentary tea and coffee were good. The hotel is really close to the Metro station and the train station too, so very easy to move by train or bus. Only inconvenient is I had booked a twin bedroom as staying with a friend, but they had a king sized bed arrangement and could only split the beds up for the...

Friendly, accommodating staff, the pool and spa pool were quiet and relaxing. Our room was comfortable and we never heard any noise from the hall or street.
