"Nice stay. Several of our party (3rooms) were not able to check in at 3 and waited until after 4 for room allocation. This did not help with the children as they wanted to use the pool and had no room number or anywhere to change. Luckily they all used our room not that convenient though."

I advised the staff member that this was a large factor in booking the stay but I was not made aware of the changes in spa closing times. He was brilliant and extended my checkout to 12pm as well as upgrading our room to a Privelidge room. "
