"The building is kind of out dated. I can imagine that this hotel had its glorious day. The decoration is classy and nice looking. However, the entry gate is hard to find and seem like the area is not that safe comparative. However, the food for the dining is very tasty but the breakfast is too common and quality is not to the top grade. Internet is kind of slow. "

"Palazzo Firenze is a beautiful property located centrally in Naples. Excellent staff and beautiful rooms. The breakfast was outstanding. Highly recommend."

"The staff was nice, goos customer service. The rooms were clean and good amenities. However, the location is more “industrial” not so much a walking area which is not too bad. The walls are thin and could hear the people next door even when they were in the bathroom. The hotel overall is nice! Good variety for breakfast. "

"Lots of graffiti everywhere. The Centro part of town has unpaved, narrow, one way streets. Two neighborhood restaurants were excellent and offered very good value. The staff were helpful but at night, the streets were not well lighted. The breakfast buffet was very good with a combination of European and American breakfast items."
