"Very helpfull and utterly kind staff. Good service. Nice and clean accomodations. There is a huge swimming pool and a warm one. Nature does the rest: the lake and surroundings are spectacular with many possible activities. Perhaps some options are a bit overpriced."

"Oh my word, where do I start? Antonio and Pasquale were so helpful and arranged the most perfect trip for my sister, mother and I. My mother is disabled, but they arranged a private tour with Giuseppe and Daniel that made her dream of seeing Pompeii so wonderful. Breakfast every morning in this beautiful palazzo was delicious. "Very Janky. Could not tell if my door locked, and had to have a friend come check from the outside. Toilet dirty. Sheets dirty stains, had to have hotel worker come get my things out of my rooms since they were locked inside, he had to use multiple keys to get in. There was absolutely nothing around the property, and could not get any transportation out of the area. I booked a single room for 2 nights and ended up leaving the same day I got there, completely out of the money I spent. Worst...

"This is a tranquil location yet in the center of wonderful mid-level Pozzuoli. Parking is a very important plus to this part of Italy and our vehicle has always been secure. You can walk to restaurants, shops, a Roman colosseum, the port area, and public transportation. Staff are great, as well."

"The property is unsuitable for many reasons; Not once was my room cleaned. Reception staff do not speak both italian and english there is one person who speaks english and works part time. Breakfast is not a buffet, there is toast and an option of stale pastries. The rooms are not sound proof, if you dont like to sleep then stay here because you can hear absolutely everything, people coming up and down the stairs the person next door phone notifications, not to mention the hotel do absolutely...

"View from the terrace has a beautiful mountain view and is great for watching the hustle and bustle of the street below. Easy walk to the train station, lots of stores and restaurants close by. Easy downhill walk to the Archaeology museum. Staff were easy to get a hold of, and the suite itself was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Highly recommend if you are staying in Naples. "
