"When I checked in, I was stunned to learn it was a tiny 1 bedroom property, on VRBO it was said to be 2 bedroom. In the bedroom, you had to inch along the bed with your back scraping the wall. "This property looked nothing like the posted pictures. It had a terrible odor like a port a potty. The air conditioner leaked constantly. It would soak the curtain and leave a puddle on the floor. There was mold on the ceiling of bedroom. The only coffee pot was rusty and moldy. It could not be used. The location was terrible for getting taxis. The floor was uneven and the tiles not even glued down. There was a “trap door” right in front of the kitchen sink that felt like you would fall...

"Horrible experience! We waited in a car on the near by corner in getting neighborhood for 3 hours and host NEVER answered. We had to find a new place to stay at 7 pm at night. And I had to call Vrbo a few time to get refunded."

"The apartment is located in a residential area, outside of the main tourist zone. Gianni was an excellent host, with super clear check in instructions. There is a small fruit market across the street. Restaurants and coffee shops about a 10 minute walk down the hill. Property felt very safe behind 3 locked doors/gates. Street noise more pronounced in the back bedroom, so you might need earplugs if you’re a light sleeper. We stayed 2 nights to get over jet lag, and the apartment suited our needs."
