"The hotel and room are very nice. Breakfast is very good, much better than most hotels in France. Checkin was pleasant. Check out was not. We had our credit card on file at checkin to pay for city tax and breakfast, the breakfast room had our reservation. When we checked out we dropped our keys/room # at the reception desk and left. "This was my first visit to Lourdes and my stay at the Panorama hotel could not have been better. The staff were so helpful and friendly - Veronique and Daria especially. The location is perfect for visiting the Sanctuaire and there are lots of shops, restaurants, cafés, etc very close to the hotel. "
