The hotel is close to the railway station and the Lourdes Sanctuary. Plenty of options for breakfast and all around a very comfortable and pleasant hotel.

Happy Lourdes Experiene
Truly enjoyed my stay. Great location, easy walking distance to Notre Dam de Lourdes and the Chateau Fort, restauants, shopping. Guest services, Frederic, was very kind, patient, and helpful. I will definitely return on my next visit.

Good location but very small dated rooms and restaurant(which was closed for dinner and lunch). Breakfast was poor but what served was good. The staff is terribly unhelpful when asked about transportation or local info. I would not recommend unless need to be near the station or emergency stay.

This Ibis property was a bit tired but perfectly acceptable overall. About 10-15 min walk from the grotto area. Restaurants were on very limited schedules during our May visit, so finding a spot about 7pm took some time. But, that is certainly not under the Ibis's control. The desk manager spoke a number of languages, which made him a very useful source of information. Engaging fellow as well! All in all, it was a good value for the price.

L excellence pour un prix abordable
Le changement d'enseigne n'a rien modifié à la qualité de l'accueil. La chambre était particulièrement confortable avec une literie de première qualité. Petit déjeuner était fabuleux dans sa diversité et surtout sa fraîcheur. Les travaux qui sont prévus après le changement d'enseigne vont encore améliorer le séjour dans cet hôtel
