Lovely place. Very friendly owners and staff. We had breakfast as dinner at the hotel on different days and it was very good. Room was good. Separate bathroom and toilet, which was very convenient.

This hotel is a gem. It’s an easy walk to the Lourdes candlelight procession and churches. Make sure to take the elevator instead of walking the entire way! (Ask front desk to find out where it is :) ). Actual coffee cups in the rooms and fantastic bamboo toothbrushes! Breakfast was good and staff extremely accommodating and helpful. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

They were very accommodating for our late 9:30pm check in and a very cheerful Thierry greeted us upon arrival. Their buffet breakfast was fantastic, their swiss cheese and ham on croissant was incredible. Lots of other choices, coffee was so good, i probably drank a whole carafe of it. Xavier was very happy to serve us early breakfast as we need to go out early for our trip to Toulouse and Barcelona. Can not say enough of this hotel. Great choice for us. Highly recommended.

Perfect for our short stay
A friendly smaller hotel that has everything you need for a good value stay in Lourdes. Just a 10-15 minute walk from The Sanctuary yet in a quiet area of town. We also took a pleasant 20 minute stroll to the Funiculaire du Pic du Jer though there is also a bus stop near the hotel.

Very Clean with a Great Staff
The hotel was clean and the staff was very accommodating. This is a family run hotel and brothers Thierry and Xavier were very helpful in giving directions and advising us on the best way to get around town. The night manager Kamel who also very nice and accommodating. The hotel is about a 15 walk to the Lourdes Santuaries and Grotto but also only a 5 minutes walk to the center of town. I would recommend this property if you're visiting Lourdes.

Stayed for 2 nights and we loved our stay! The room is spacious and staff were real helpful and nice. The hotel is about a 10 minute walk to the Grotto and a few minutes walk to restaurants. Lourdes is a small town so can practically walk to anywhere from the hotel.

Super visit
The Reception was welcoming. We arrived on a Monday with most eateries closed, especially since it is not yet the high season. We were given a map of the local area and a couple of restaurants close by were recommended to us. The one we chose was excellent. ROOM: The room was sufficiently large with a shower room and a separate toilet. Everything was very clean. The room has an airconditionner but since the window could be opened we did not need the A/C. The bed is comfortable and the extra pillows were appreciated. Only comment on the room would be that the cleaning staff should be better trained to make the bed professionally - pulling the duvet cover haphazardly over the pillows does not give the impression of a 3** property. Having said that, one girl did do a better job of making the bed than the other. DINING Unfortunately they do not seem to have a proper restaurant setup. We found the menu offering of an omlette for dinner too simplistic. We would have liked to eat in as I fell and suffered a bad ankle sprain but were forced to look elsewhere for better choice. Hopefully this is just a temporary issue. ACCESS TO THE GROTTO Situated on an incline it was easier going to the Grotto than returning, so finding out that there is an elevator nearby to avoid the walk uphill after my fall was a relief. It is an easy walk to the Grotto for anyone who can walk without help. BOTTOM LINE : It was an enjoyable stay and would return.

Nice hotel in center of town
Really like the room. Walking distance from the shrine, close to the center of town. Great helpful staff. Room was specous and well lit. Have nothing negative to say about our experience.
