"Our experience was excellent from start till end! Staff were all so friendly and helpful, and made us feel very welcome. They seemed to enjoy being there and brought a good vibe to the place. The rooms and bathroom were beautiful and spacious even for the standard rooms. Wellness and dining spaces were also stunning and with perfect views of the Matterhorn. "We loved our stay at Hotel Simi. The location is convenient to the train station, the gornergrat train, and all that the village offers.
