"The room was nice and the beds were comfortable. But our family room was over the laundry and at 6am they were draging metal trolleys in and out. Ans with a toddler this woke her after a late night traveling. The bathroom was dirty, The toilet had marks in it and there was thick dust behind the sink and sticky drip stains on the batbroom floor. Other than this the stay was nice. Breakfast was lovely. The pool and saunas were out of use which was disappointing. "

"Absolutely fantastic, located couldnt be more perfect , the room was kitted out as advertised , bathroom was very spacious clean and nicely decorated. Ironing board and iron provided . Considering it was in the center we couldnt hear any outside noise. We parked at the train station and it was a very short walk to the hotel. "Had room 4 on the ground floor. Spotlessly clean & a massive bathroom (accessable). good quality linen and towels. Only drawback for me was that there was only coffee from a pod machine & no milk. Would certainly return when in the area again. "

"This is our third stay at this lovely Victorian hotel. It is ideal for us when visiting our daughter who lives close by. The hotel staff are very polite and friendly and the restaurant and bar serves top notch food and drinks. I am knocking off one star as our room was very cold on this particular stay. The bathroom was huge but had no source heating at all. The bedroom itself was also very large but with only one radiator which was fixed under a large single paned window behind a curtain, thus...
