"Comfy stay, the hotel is in a convenient location and well furnished. I asked beforehand for a late checkout as was told to phone reception at 7am on the day (not very convenient if the reason you need a late checkout is to sleep!) I agreed a 2pm checkout as I had a meeting to attend online. During my meeting the telephone in the room started to ring loudly. They were calling to see why I hadn’t checked out! Then a short while afterwards a member of staff knocked loudly and tried to walk in! Not...

Only disappointment was that the duvets on the bed are super thin and I was freezing at night as it was winter and about 2 degrees. There were no spare blankets in the room. Other than that I would definitely stay again but I’ll ask for additional blankets "

"Staff was very helpful. Allowed early check in Offered complimentary breakfast on a small issue with the room Next to metro. Restaurant had reasonable prices for breakfast and food. Highly recommended "

"I liked the check in staff friendly approach and also check out. I didnt like that they didnt explain you needed a voucher or ticket for the return shuttle to airport. I even made a comment that i was looking at the airport shuttle times...at the desk. It would have been helpful in this regard. "
