No hand soap or hand towels provided. Location is right next to the Ita Thaoqlake and just 3 minutes walk to old street and pier. Room rates pricey considering the condition of the room and facilities."

Understandably being on a mountain, dining options are fairly limited. Very friendly and helpful staff! Overall recommend for a good relaxing getaway from your everyday life! "

"The property is inside a small village. It is equipped better than most of hotels that I had experienced, such as heated toilet seat. There is 30-40 minute walking distance from bus stop, the owner drives a Mercedes to pickup guests. Room is very clean, bed is large and comfortable. Breakfast is free. Dinner is Japanese style hot pot only."

"This motel was by far the worst I've ever experienced. I cannot overstate the severity of the issues I encountered. The entire property should be either demolished or undergo extensive renovations. To summarize my negative experiences: 1. Room service and staff were deficient: Communication and service were unsatisfactory. 2. The shower was faulty: It lacked sufficient hot water and was broken. 3. The main door lock malfunctioned: Despite the security risk, the motel refused to provide a...
