"One of the most comfortable hotel we stay. Very clean, spacious and unique design. Bed is on the firmer side, water pressure is good for both rain and hand held styl shower. It’s got Nesspreso coffee machine, oolong tea, soft drink and beer no extra charge. Staff Autumn is very friendly and help us with luggages and show us around like a family. Breakfast buffet and diner main course meal with buffet are phenomenal. Love the infinite pool on the roof top where we watch stars and sun rise. We took bus from Chiayi train station and bus stop is right in front of the hotel. Definitely will come back again when we visit Alishan. "

"Staying here was a wonderful experience that we will not forget! The location, food, and amenities were of course stellar, and our room with the balcony-side private onsen tub was luxurious. What stood our most, however, was the service. Staff was attentive and kind to the highest degree. For example, with only 1 hour notice, I called the front desk to help surprise my partner for her birthday with a treat in our room upon our pending return for the evening. Within an hour, they had set up an extravagant birthday display and a wine bottle with glasses. It made our trip even more special and I am grateful! Additionally, as English speakers, we had no problem with the language barrier and found that most staff spoke proficient English."

"The deluxe quadruple room, with lake view, is spacious and clean. The bathroom is fitted with Japanese toilet with bidet functions, adjustable settings for water pressure and a heated seat. There is a bathtub and a separate shower beside it. There is a balcony that offers great view of the lake. The room exceeded my expectations. For breakfast buffet, it’s just a 1-minute walk to the Richforest hotel nearby. The spread of the breakfast buffet was decent and service was good. Overall, it was an enjoyable stay."

"The whole place was very quiet, the bathroom was exceptionally clean as well as the rest of the property. The included breakfast is local food, mostly vegetarian. We like this but if you have to have cereal or other western food this isn't the place for you. Parking is easy too, something that is not common in Taiwan, especially in resort areas."
