"Service is excellent- staff are friendly and helpful. Room is quite spacious. Breakfast is basic, as in most minsu. Hotel is rather old and bedroom floor is rather dusty. No hand soap or hand towels provided. Location is right next to the Ita Thaoqlake and just 3 minutes walk to old street and pier. Room rates pricey considering the condition of the room and facilities."

"明明是雙人房，室內拖卻只有一雙，又沒提供浴巾，其他民宿都有提供浴巾，就只有你們沒有提供浴巾，而且民宿就在大馬路旁，隔音很差，半夜都聽到外面車子的吵雜聲，重點是洗澡洗到一半竟然沒有熱水⋯ 真是有夠差勁的一次住宿體驗"

"Great customer service! They are very helpful to guests, and it is a unique guesthouse with lots of wood and art. It is right around the corner from the Sun Moon village night market. There are a few resort villages around the lake, but this one is the closest to the cable car that goes to the Aboriginal Culture Park. The cable car is walking distance (and worth the ride), but you can also rent bicycles or electric bicycles very affordably near the hotel and get around easily."

"One of the best ways to meet local people is to stay in a place like this. The owner was very friendly and helpful, collecting us from and taking us back to the station. The property was very clean and comfortable and located in a residential area. There was a go-kart centre opposite but not an issue. They were really helpful in navigating and having the best experience at Sun Moon lake for a non-mandarin speaker (e.g., helpful figure out train schedules and book tours). "The homestay is situated right on the main road up to Alishan, had comfortable rooms and delicious fresh breakfast. The best part, though, was the owners Dany and Dora who got in touch a few days before our stay with information regarding getting there and made arrangements accordingly. "Location is ideal being one with nature. We rented a car so locating the property wasn’t hard. Average hotel. Our room can fit 5 futons. Bathroom size is spacious though the amenities, overall is average. We enjoyed our one night stay. Breakfast is sufficient. "
